It’s been awhile since I’ve posted, mostly because I have been busy with school, and video games, mostly video games. I have, however, managed to start working on plans for projects soon to be initiated as well as helping to lay the groundwork for a social debate television show at my conservabilly college.

Let me break it down fo’ yo’:

I go to the illlustrious University of Lindenwood (so wonderful that I had to spell-check illustrious, if that gives you an idea of their standards). I have, since arriving, been trying to get some sort of activism going on campus. My efforts have met with minimal success, but something is better than nothing. Now, however, the administration has changed the mood has shifted with it. People are beginning to open up, lose a certain amount of their fear, and starting to show interest in my deviant activities.

Just in the last couple of months some people in the media department have been pushing for a show where students can debate each other on topics picked by them, presented in a manner they choose, and which will, overall, be directed by students. Of course, because of my activities on campus, I was one of the primary students selected because:

1. I am a loud mouth.

2. I love being a loud mouth.

3. My brains match my mouth movements at a ratio of 1/10 intelligence per statement.

4. I am dedicated to enterprises like this and am willing to let my grades die if I can get a mere chance at being a political pundit, being heard.

I do hope this works, if so I am sure I can have it arranged to be put on this site IF some of you people request it, so start wearing out that “contact” link crankies, that is an order!

I shall also be spreading “the word” to local churches, I plan on trying to get a dialog going between the left and the primary institutions of the right. If any of you local crankies go to any churches that would be interested in letting me come and speak please, as directed before, contact us. Hell, if you’d like to help me speak I would love to have some help, god knows the more people helping me the more motivation I have to do it period.

Oh, and I am drawing stuff…but I am sure none of you are really interested in that kind of stuff.

Otherwise, I am also preparing to set up projects in the Cherokee street area in the ways of education, community political and social action, and environmentalism once the CrankyYellow store opens up. Again, if you’d like to help out please contact us. I’ll provide specifics in the response or later in the blog once things get goin’.

Gypsy Caravan was BAD BAD news for Cranky Yellow.

Don’t get us wrong… We love to support local St. Louis events… so long as St. Louis is willing to support local business.

We’re trying to bring some diversity into the STL art/political world. However it appears the festival goers are more interested in the super shammy and imported (from impoverished third world countries) decorative bird houses than quirky handmade goodies.

Fine. Lesson Learned!

(Some Craft Mafia folks did REALLY great! Glad some handmade stuff was sold!)
