A: We are centrally located in St. Louis Missouri but we have artists from Colorado to Europe that contribute their work. We also have street crew crawling around all over the world promoting us. Perhaps you have seen our flyers or stickers in you home town?Q: When are you open? A: The site is open 24/7. We are operating behinds the scenes from 12pm to 6pm central time Tuesday through Friday.Q: Who are you? A: We are a group of artist, authors, and musicians working together to create various works of art independently and in cooperation with each other.Q: How do you select your artists? A: We select our artists by sifting through submissions and picking up talented individuals we meet or see that we think would mix well with our current team of artists.Q: How can I get involved? A: You can get involved by submitting your work. You can also join the street crew to get free stuff to help promote us.Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept Paypal payments, check or money orders and cash (though we recommend not sending cash. If you do be sure to wrap the money in black paper so you can not see it through the envelope)Q: Where is my order? A: United States Postal Service takes FOREVER! Sorry!Q: Can you notify me when there will be a show in my city? A: Yep! Just join our e-mail list!Q: Is your site secure? A: All payment transactions are made on Paypal's secure website.Q: How do I submit my work? A: You can submit your work via the submissions page and we will contact you shortly.Q: Do your artists do charity work or concerts? A: It depends on the cause and artist. Please contact us with specifications and we will see what we can work out.Q: My order was damaged in transit what should I do? A: Please send it back via your preferred carrier and we will give you a refund or send another copy; excluding CD/DVD orders.Q: I decided I don’t want this. How do I cancel my order? A: Simply email us here. If the order has already been shipped please send it back via an insured courier of your choice and we will refund you upon its return.Q: The CD/DVD I bought from you doesn’t play in my player, what should I do? A: Sorry we do not offer refunds on CD/DVD orders.Q: Why is your sticker on my car/property? A: We are very sorry for any damage our street crew may have caused.
